Our tech arrived at Brian’s home with shoe covers and took a look at Brian’s AC system, as well as listened to concerns Brian had about the system. Our tech ensured Brian that his AC system was working safely and efficiently as well as provided Brian with some recommendations on how to care for his AC in the future.
“I had them come out for a regular maintenance tune-up /check-up. They very promptly answered the phone and had plenty of flexibility in their schedule. Later, I called to re-schedule to an earlier date, and luckily they were able to! Also, they were able to quickly pull up my account information just from my phone number, so it was very fast. Before the appointment, I got a text message including a photo of the technician who would be coming, which was a nice touch! He actually called to say he could come a bit earlier, which worked well for me! The technician did the check-up quickly, and addressed any concerns I had. He wore plastic footies over his boots to keep from tracking dust in the house. He offered for me to join their annual maintenance plan, but in no way was pushy about it and was realistic about how new my system was and that it probably wasn’t necessary. I wasn’t up-sold on the check-up or encouraged to do any unnecessary repairs. Overall, I’m happy with them and would absolutely consider calling them if/when I ever have an actual problem with my HVAC.“
