The very next day, we sent one of our technicians to take a look at Herb's furnaces and make any necessary tune-ups and small fixes. Upon entering Herb's home, our tech covered his shoes to protect the floor and began assessing Herb's systems. After making a few small adjustments to ensure the systems would run efficiently throughout the winter, our tech showed Herb how to replace his furnace filters. He also and wrote down the correct size of filter so Herb knew exactly which kind to buy. After explaining all of the adjustments he had made to the systems, our tech provided Herb with his business card and left Herb with 2 expertly maintained furnaces.
