Catherine's AC stopped working, so she searched around for a quality HVAC company to give her a quote on an AC replacement. She wanted a quality HVAC contractor who would fix the problem ASAP, so the next day, we sent one of our experts, Damien, to take a look at her current system and give her an estimate on a new AC system.
After performing a Manual J Load calculation, Damien provided Catherine with pricing options on replacing her AC with one that was optimally sized for her home. She agreed to the quote. We then sent techs over the next morning to replace the AC. While at her home, our installation techs alerted Catherine that her furnace was on its last legs as well, and Catherine decided to install a new furnace at the same time. In all, Catherine had a new AC and furnace properly installed in her home within three days.
